I went in with a rough idea of what I wanted and a little bit of research on my own. Katherine assisted me late in day, and taught me lots more. they were very accomodating with my schedule.

Ms Irene was so helpful! I procrastinated in getting a charm bracelet and 2024 charm for my granddaughter's graduation. I expected it to arrive a week later and she managed to get it here in time! David was so nice and helpful regarding the soldering and placement when I picked it up. I will definitely be using them for any jewelry needs.
