Fine Jewelry Warranty

All fine jewelry is covered under our Lifetime Free Maintenance and limited warranty. Watches have 3-5 year warranty.  Rolex watches have a 5 year warranty. We guarantee all of our custom work and jewelry created in-house to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for five years. To remain eligible for this warranty, you must have your jewelry inspected by our store or another authorized representative every 6 months. Any precious gemstones are covered under our Diamond and Gemstone Guarantee.   Since we are not an insurance provider, this guarantee does not cover damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, misapplication, normal or excessive wear and tear, loss, theft, or unexplained disappearance of your fine jewelry. Ask us for recommendations of an insurance provider for all your fine jewelry. For brand-name and designer jewelry, please refer to the brand's warranty and guarantee. Different brands have warranties specific to their pieces; please reach out to us if you have any questions.

Rolex Watch Warranty

All Rolex have either the remainder of  their 5 year warranty, or for older watches, Chandlee provides a buckle to buckle 5 year service warranty also.  All watches have been pre serviced by Rolex Service Partners. 

Other brands have 2-3 year factory warranty.
